listen to each drop of rain...

Yes, I'm listening to that Evanescence song that Kayla suggested to Mrs. Berg we sing for Commencement Concert last year. I couldn't help but think about it as I was lying on the couch next to the window while it poured outside. The power went out, around six so my family was sitting in the dining room with maybe thirty candles lit, reading books or listening to my mom play the piano. It was actually pretty nice, but I still wish that I would have been able to play World of Warcraft or something. It came on JUST as I was going to bed (just my luck) at around midnight, but I was already in bed, so I simply went to bed.

The book I started reading is called The Historian. So far, it's about Vlad the Impaler (better known as Dracula) and these mysterious books two historians both found on their desks. One of the historians' daughters found his book and asked him about it, which he proceeded to tell her about. The historian who had received one ten years earlier had actually gone to research its origin, which led him to the Ottoman Empire (Vlad was a Turk killer in his earlier days). While he was looking at a map that might possibly show him the location of Vlad's tomb, a man came, took the map and all of his notes, and escaped without a trace. And that's about where I got to.

I finally got around to watching Season 3 of Arrested Development, a very excellent tv show that didn't get the ratings it deserved. It's a little racy, so parents might not like it, but I thoroughly enjoy it. Kayla, watch it! (Why am I never that straightforward? You're the only one that reads this anyway!)

Hm... What's a funny way to end this? I know! I'll end it with something obscure that i didn't understand until going through Chemistry, like so many of these comics!
